I had a lovely stay with stunning oceanfront views and enjoyed the modern decor of my room. The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered quick access to the beach, making my experience relaxing and enjoyable. However, it would be better if in-room storage options were improved for convenience.

I absolutely loved my stay. the beachfront views were stunning, and having breakfast on the balcony made it even better! The pool area was perfect for lounging, and the beach access was just a short walk away. The only hiccup was that our room wasn't spotless upon arrival, but it didn't ruin the great vibes! 🌊

The outdoor pool area was large and clean with sun loungers to relax on. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding in the evening. Enjoyed the fitness center too!

The room was nice and clean upon arrival, and we enjoyed the view of the island from our balcony. On one morning, we had breakfast at Starbucks, and it was very good. a nice start to our day!

The room had a lovely oceanfront view that I enjoyed but wasn’t as clean as I expected. The mattress was uncomfortable, leading to restless nights and body aches. Cleaning service was inconsistent, with dirty towels left around due to housekeeping being every other day. I faced issues with the shower's water pressure—squirrely spray made it hard to rinse off properly. A blinking smoke alarm light was quite annoying, and the bathroom door’s raised threshold was a trip hazard. Staff seemed overwhelmed and often were unhelpful, especially when I needed assistance. A better customer service experience would have greatly improved my stay. The restaurant hours were limited, which made dining a challenge at times.

The ocean view room was incredible, and I loved the outdoor area with the pool! Plus, the complimentary bike rentals were so much fun. I’d definitely choose this place again!

Fire alarms and messy rooms

Got stuck in a room that wasn’t cleaned at check-in. Super stressful! Fire alarms woke us up multiple times. I did enjoy the easy access to the bar by the pool, and the staff was friendly. Still, the beds were hard and not comfy at all.
